1 Introduction

Welcome to 646lodi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 646lodi website and all associated services, including games, sports betting, promotions, and payment features. By creating an account or using any part of the 646lodi platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

646lodi is operated by a licensed entity authorized to offer online gaming services in the Philippines. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 646lodi. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or use our services.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on 646lodi, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing 646lodi services.
• You are not a person who has been excluded from 646lodi, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by our decision.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or a corporate entity.
• You do not have an existing active account on 646lodi under your name or mobile number.
• You are not a current employee of 646lodi or an immediate family member of a 646lodi employee.

646lodi reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment source where possible. Winnings accumulated on an underage account will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 646lodi. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your real name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. 646lodi will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 646lodi support immediately. We recommend enabling any available two-factor authentication options to protect your account.

646lodi reserves the right to close any account that contains false information, even after verification has been passed, if false details are discovered at a later date.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

646lodi accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

The minimum deposit is ₱50. There are no deposit fees charged by 646lodi, though your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees — these are your responsibility to check with your provider.

For withdrawals, the minimum amount is ₱100. All withdrawal requests must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. 646lodi will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This is a strict anti-money laundering measure and no exceptions will be made.

Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to a few hours depending on your bank. 646lodi processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

646lodi reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

646lodi regularly offers bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to both new and existing players. By accepting any bonus or promotional credit, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means ₱5,000 in total bets must be placed before the bonus winnings are withdrawable.

Key rules that apply to all 646lodi promotions:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Bonuses claimed through the Refer a Friend program are subject to the specific Refer a Friend terms.
• 646lodi reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or manipulation of the promotional system.
• Bonus terms and expiry dates are published per promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.

646lodi reserves the right to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to players. Changes will be communicated through the platform and will not affect bonuses already credited to active accounts.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 646lodi are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying your bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. 646lodi cannot reverse a confirmed bet due to player error.

For sports betting (including NBA, PBA, and Football markets), the following general rules apply:

• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds for your bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled before it starts, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are settled based on the final official result of the event. Any dispute regarding results will be resolved using official competition records.
• 646lodi reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error is identified. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your wallet.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

For card games and casino-style games (including Tongits and Color Game), each game has its own set of rules accessible within the game interface. These in-game rules are an extension of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 646lodi. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using 646lodi to process illegally obtained funds or engaging in any transaction that is not a genuine gaming deposit or withdrawal.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including card games and betting markets.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with 646lodi games without human input.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of known or suspected technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software bugs. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be voided.
• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one account to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent any restriction placed on an existing account.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately processed by 646lodi. This will result in immediate account suspension.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another player, a 646lodi staff member, or any other individual.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 646lodi platform — including but not limited to the logo, game graphics, written content, software, design elements, and user interface — is the property of 646lodi or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any 646lodi content without prior written permission. This includes screenshots used in commercial contexts, scraping game data, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to 646lodi (such as support messages or feedback), but by submitting it, you grant 646lodi a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and publish that content for service improvement purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

646lodi provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and do not accept liability for losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 646lodi's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

646lodi is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the player's own decisions in placing bets or playing games.
• Technical failures caused by the player's device, internet connection, or third-party software.
• Delays in payment processing caused by a player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account where the player failed to protect their credentials.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

646lodi reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable belief that the account is involved in prohibited conduct, provides false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, 646lodi will aim to conclude the review within 30 business days. If the investigation finds no breach of these Terms, the account will be reinstated and any frozen balance released.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 646lodi support. Any remaining balance (minus pending bonus amounts not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 646lodi reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance as compensation for damages caused by the breach, subject to applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

646lodi may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law, platform features, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email or mobile number on file, and/or through a prominent notice on the 646lodi platform.

The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notification unless an earlier effective date is required by law. Continued use of 646lodi after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using 646lodi and contact support to close your account. Any balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of 646lodi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact 646lodi's support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes — including those relating to bet settlements, withdrawal delays, and bonus terms — can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our team.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter will be referred to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory body for adjudication.
